More than 35,000 grandparents and other relatives in Washington State are reaising chidlren - often with little support or knowledge of resources. To better help meet the parenting needs of relatives raising children a dynamic training developed by Cornell University Cooperative Extention will be presented during a two-day workshop. This trainining is appropriate for those who serve as:
* support group leaders, parenting educators, school personnel, family support staff, relative caregivers, social workers, or others interested in training others with this curriculum. Topics include:

Understanding Child Development, family dynamics.
