Event Description

Did you know that babies start learning language while in the womb? Jackie Friedman Mighdoll will share some of the compelling research on language acquisition and the many benefits that come with exposing children to world languages at a very young age. Our kids are growing up in a global society, and Jackie explores different ways parents can introduce language and culture to babies and young children, and ideas for making the most out of the opportunities in our multicultural city.
