Event Description
The Leadership Committee of the Early Learning Coalition in Skagit County invites business and community leaders to come and hear David Lawrence, retired publisher of The Miami Herald and president of The Early Learning Initiative in Miami, Florida. Dave has spear-headed a coalition and foundation to fund early learning activities. To help Skagit County advance a similar effort Dave will share insights and approaches.
