The New York Times recently published an article grappling with the issue of when to intervene with a parent when you see what you believe to be child abuse or neglect.

The article suggests using humor or even a grin to try to diffuse the situation instead of directly engaging the parent like Liv Tyler was recently photographed doing.

I believe that, we has became a sociaty that want to be confortable and easy going, and taking an stand for what you believe sometimes take courage and so often we past in great opportunities to make a differents,. It's not what you said but how is said, I do believe that if you fallow your instints you know when is the right time to said something or not.

Parents sometimes experience a moment of poor parenting and sometimes a kind offer of help that is non-judgemental will go a long way . Sometimes things are not what they first appear to be.
