Tips and resources to support children birth to age five

I have been looking for a really great Employee and I guess no one is really looking for jobs out there. I've been all over work source. Does anyone have any ideas? It is for an In-home daycare assistant starting pay at 9.00 an hr. 10.00 when all training is complete.

Check with your local community college----especially if they have an early learning department.
Thank you, Nancy I will give that a try
Hi there Tammie. You've come to the right place! I see you're located in Snohomish County. Please contact Volunteers of America Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) of Snohomish County, (425) 259-2973. Visit them online, http://www.voaww.org/voa5.cfm?SectionGroupsID=20&SectionListsID=36
In addition to providing free referral matches to families seeking child care, CCR&R supports child care providers in a variety of ways including sharing local job announcements and position openings with your community and helping you find other creative ways to staff your child care. If you don't already have a relationship with the VOA CCR&R, I highly recommend you do so; it should prove to be an invaluable connection for you. Best of luck to you!
