Home Visits
One of my biggest struggles with new families is easing thier stress of a home visit.During enrollment I explain the "whole family" concept and discuss home visits, however families always seem a little hesitant about them. Generally after the visit they are relived, but I want them to be comfortable from the get go. Does anyone have any tips or strategies?? Thank You See More

- How did you become passionate about early learning?
- One summer I helped with the School Age Program, and have worked with children ever since, it was the most fun I have ever had at work!
- Tell us more about your interests and background
- I think my favorite part about my position is the variety, I get to work with parent's in their home, plan family nights, work with the children in the classroom and network within the community.
I started as an assistant teacher for ECEAP and started taking classes to get my AA, once it was complete there was an opening at our site for Family Support, so I applied~ It really does feel like a natural fit for me.
