- How did you become passionate about early learning?
- I realized that I was the one person who showed any interest in some of our students. This was very devastating yet rewarding to me to know that I could make a difference to a child.
- Tell us more about your interests and background
- I teach preschool so I am always interested on how to improve my classroom, but I am also a mom to a 1 year old so I am also interested in how to continue providing age-appropriate learning experiences for toddlers. I have a bachelors degree but I am currently working on my master's degree online. This is my fifth year as a teacher at Head Start. I love preschool, but it is my hope to teach public preschool in the furture.
