UW Early Childhood Leadership Certificate

The University of Washington Early Childhood Leadership Certificate program is designed to equip leaders with the competencies necessary to enhance planning and increase decision-making effectiveness. It presents early childhood development and well being from a perspective that takes a "whole child" approach, addressing the individual, family, culture, diversity and contextual factors at multiple levels of influence. The program addresses the "different dimensions of leadership" -- pedagogical leadership, political leadership, professional learning leadership and reflective leadership. It imparts a core set of skills that allow leaders to guide teams in continuous quality improvement. Learn more at:
